The Ecstasy of Saint Cthulu [#twitterfoundpoem, September 24, 2010]
Tweets+Edits=#twitterfoundpoem
I was referring to the ancient rivalry,
silent but violent,
between editions of Programmer Nazis
who victimized grammar,
and the punctuation of worship
of Muslims, Jews, christians
and satanists.
Programmer Nazis are correcting the grammar,
the spelling... the Ecstasy of Saint cthulu.
They're writing the new cthulu tracts
that will result in the wrong output
for Muslims, Jews, christians and satanists,
But will result in the Right output
for the sleeping beauty,
the one which We call Saint cthulu...
for a perpetual pogrom for all time!

Abominable Mystic [Today's News Poem, July 28, 2010]
Abominable Mystic [Today's News Poem, July 28, 2010]
Aquarium mystic; a trifle of suckers.
And eyes like a monster—just look at the fucker:
A throwback to slime with its brute premonitions,
Resembling something like pre-Fall cognition.
It's worthy of worship—as if I were praying
To nightmares no trite glossolaliac saying
Could capture; no light in the tunnel of dying,
No god can be equal to octopus scrying.
A seizure of rapture, a moment of fainting;
I wake to the feeling of tentacle tainting.
It covers my nose and my lips as a suture
I gaze in its eyes and it tells me my future.
“He claims that the octopus is a symbol of decadence and decay among "his enemies"... the Iranian president accused the octopus of spreading "western propaganda and superstition." ”

The Ancient One's Invisible Hand is a Tentacle [Today's News Poem (Sonnet), May 26, 2010]
The Ancient One's Invisible Hand is a Tentacle [Today's News Poem (Sonnet), May 26, 2010]
Tentacles wander the fathoms; they're searching:
Grasping for nourishment, seeking possession.
Corals are crumbled and sucked by the lurching
Feelers with mouths—they've a hungry aggression.
Cold is a measure of distance. The suckers
Latch to the pebbles, atolls, to the beaches...
Grinding the islands, appendages pucker,
Kissing the nourishment flecks that it leeches.
Diving again: submerging and seeking
Treasures in castles of sand that are tended
Laxly, but helpless is better. The ekings
Animals struggle to keep are upended
With grasps from the ocean. A smothering tether
That taps its own hunger will draw all together.
“At least 44 people were said to be dead after a third day of violence in Kingston, Jamaica, as security forces assaulted the slum stronghold of armed groups believed to be defending accused Jamaican drug lord Christopher "Dudus" Coke... Much of the problem, authorities say, lies with the long-festering issue of Jamaica's criminal organizations, many centered in Kingston's shantytowns, and the rise of powerful "dons." In exchange for the community's protection of their illicit activity, these figures offer services that the government at times doesn't, such as welfare and local justice. Mr. Coke is among the most powerful of these men.”

Found Poem on Twitter: Cthulu is a Baller [April 4, 2010]
Re: ablington hobsonp improvislaw jongolia henrymclay
Cthulu exists
Cthulu is a baller.
You gotta love Cthulu.
Just spent the entire morning
in the Marianas Trench
Getting ready for a great dinner...
instead of an easter egg hunt
a great dinner
an easter egg hunt for kids,
smelling delicious in the oven.
I will eat..and I will enjoy
Happy Easter to all!
