I've been part of the problem for years.
I've had Panic Attacks and Anxiety Problems
and spent my last cent on an Energy Healer.
I've been Chugging medium-range Problems for years.
then I saw the sign on a brick wall.
a poster for my heart, I saw the sign.
"are you a part of the problem?"
it asked and it opened up my heart. I saw the sign.

I saw the wall and I'm unacceptable.
I saw the wall, another brick in the wall;
It fell and crushed my face! I saw the wall
and It opened up my chest
and it opened up my heart. I saw the sign:
A guaranteed anti-anxiety package. yes!
then WOW I woke up with a drunk face
in need of thought control!!!

I opened up my chest and I found
a cold cavity where my heart used to be.
I would be part of the Solution.
the Solution is more important than Life:
another brick in my chest. I saw the sign:
and I opened up a Certification Program
for thought control for I saw the sign!!!

I was actually thinking about that song. Ace of Base, not Pink Floyd--The distinction must be made.

Unfortunately, AoB pops into my head on occasion. It seems every fucker with bad musical taste would blast their stereos into the dorm courtyard. I countered with my own music. To this day, I can't even listen to Fugazi, because in my imagination, I keep hearing Scandinavian pop beats in the background.

Yep. Every dorm had one.

"Come baby, come baby, baby come come!"

Do kids these days have this problem? Or are they too busy trippin' out on their iPods (or cheap knockoffs)? Come to think of it, the only time I get involuntary music exposure anymore is when the cholos roll by or when the neighbors practice their music (You've been practicing for years! Give it up! You suck!).

Loud douchebags with bad music is a timeless thing.
